Our Story
Heart to Heart Care Ltd. is an independent, Ghana-based homecare service agent specialising in providing quality, individualised care to each of our patients. Established in 2022, our Company functions as an agency that matches well-trained health aides to patients and families in need of our services.
Our philosophy is that the home sometimes makes the best place for recuperation. As such, we recruit and train health aides to take care of our patient’s needs in the home. We focus on mainly geriatric patients but offer holistic services to patients with other conditions. The regimen for training our health aides is structured using the premium standards of the United States because we believe firmly in raising the bar for home care services in Ghana.

Comfort Deborah Ofori
CEO & Director Of Healthcare Services
With over 40 years of experience working as a nurse in the United States, Comfort brings a wealth of private and public health knowledge to the organization. She has both an Associate degree and Bachelor’s in Nursing and is a specialist practitioner in community health. In addition, Comfort comes from an impressive background in clinical governance and patient care. She oversees the company and is directly in charge of ensuring the training of all healthcare staff.
Loretta Boakye Essien
Operations Manager
Loretta has worked in Business for more than eight years. Entrepreneurship being the backbone of her experience, she brings the necessary adaptability and expertise to running the day-to-day at Heart to Heart Care. Her duty of care and ethos are of the highest standards. Loretta is hugely passionate and an advocate of care, which is showcased by her philanthropic works, specifically among children.
Tsiddi Can-Tamakloe
Client Service
Tsiddi is a business entrepreneur and professional voice actor. His first foray into Client Service started in the late 2000s with the organisation of The Polite Society training sessions for front-facing hospitality staff. Tsiddi has spent a decade working in several sectors and has an affinity for connecting with people on all levels. He brings a unique perspective to the operation of the Patient Service department.

Caregiver Training Services
As part of our efforts to improve the quality of senior care across the country, Heart to Heart Care offers training services for young Ghanaians looking to enter the home care industry. We are committed to developing innovative programs to enable us to serve these trainees to the best of our capabilities. Our rigid training curriculum ensures that we produce the best health aides and caregivers with the required skill set to care for the needs of their patients optimally.
HomeCare Services
We provide affordable, tailored and specialised care to patients who require our services across the country. By pairing patients with adequately trained caregivers, we seek to relieve family members of the burden of being healthcare workers while enabling the physically challenged, the elderly in need, the patient recovering from an illness or accident, and others confined to their homes to maintain their independence and dignity.
